Rebecca's territory covers all of Virginia and
eastern West Virginia. Born in Newport News, VA, Rebecca currently resides northeast of Richmond.
She is a graduate of the Industrial Distribution program in the College of Engineering at Texas A&M
University. While attending college she worked as a distributor outside salesman. In 1983, following
graduation, she was employed by Southeast Marketing Company (SMC). Concurrently she developed
the marketing plan and sales of SafeTap, a new division of SMC, throughout the United States and
Canada at the end user and distributor levels. When SafeTap was acquired in 1987, Rebecca was
named Product Manager for the Safety Products Division for ITW Devcon. In 1988 Rebecca left ITW and
established Marshall Matthews, Inc.
Born in Trenton, NJ, Larry currently lives in the Charlotte
suburb of Rock Hill, SC. He graduated from Grove City College in 1966 with a B.A. degree in Business
Administration and Marketing. Following graduation he joined the family owned Manufacturer's Rep agency.
He was responsible for industrial and automotive accounts in the territory of Western Pennsylvania and
West Virginia. In 1979 he purchased Tremitiere Morgan Sales and assumed full responsibility for all agency
operations. Over the following years he successfully built annual sales to six million dollars before selling
the company to join Marshall Matthews in April of 1994. Larry brings over 38 years of experience
as a manufacturers representative to the territory of North Carolina and South Carolina.
